NO ANNAMOSSITY (9) Rates as one of the key chances who can figure in this. Big chance here. RELIGIFY (1) Well in here and appears better than form suggests. Should be around the mark. PRINCESS POSH (6) Large claims on the back of recent form and these conditions suit. Worth an investment. RULING DYNASTY (8) Useful enough horse. One to watch and an each way chance.

Race 9: 1 Religify, 6 Princess Posh, 9 No Annamossity, 14 Fit For Purpose

Sportsbet – Race Comments and Selections:

Race 9:
We wind up the day with a Listed race over the mile where we have a couple engaged who like to lead being Religify & Sheiswhatsheis, suspect the latter will take it up with the former tagging along behind. RELIGIFY has never been a ‘horse of mine’ however the key to him is firm ground which he’ll get today & his dry track efforts of late have been good against far stronger opposition than he meets in this race. NO ANNAMOSSITY is flying this prep & now looking for the mile, should be steaming home. FIT FOR PURPOSE is racing well & although up in grade comes down in the weights.
Selections 1 Religify, 9 No Annamossity, 14 Fit For Purpose, 5 Sheiswhatsheis

Ladbrokes – Race Comments:

Race 9:
PRINCESS POSH coming off a win at Doomben and five of six wins have come from dry ground, has solid claims. NO ANNAMOSSITY has been running well this campaign winning twice and placing in all other outings, sneaky chance. RELIGIFY all wins have come when faced with dry ground and has won twice at Doomben before, looks threatening. FIT FOR PURPOSE on a seven day back-up and only just missed in driving finish last start at Sunshine Coast on a soft track, quinella.

Race 7: 3 I Thought So, 6 Memes, 8 Tactical Advantage, 9 Easy Eddie

Unibet – Race Comments and Selections:

Race 7:
I THOUGHT SO (3) Form of late has been strong and gets to a suitable race here. Looks well placed. TACTICAL ADVANTAGE (8) Should take benefit from the break and show improvement today. Winning hopes. SIR PLUSH (5) Awkwardly drawn but has found a suitable race to kick off its prep. Live chance. MEMES (6) Ran well in Group company last campaign. A return to that form would take this out.
Selections: 3 I Thought So, 8 Tactical Advantage, 5 Sir Plush, 6 Memes

Sportsbet – Race Comments and Selections:

Race 7:
Strong pace! 6, 9 and 10 primarily but 13 may have thoughts of crossing up and 8 and 11 rarely settle far away. ISORICH may get lost in the swirl of that early speed? I THOUGHT SO edges back very slightly from 1200m but could find himself in a midfield position on the rail set up by a strong tempo. Just so long as we have no evidence that the rail is off he looks hard to beat. Value could be DAL CIELO (off Heavy and gets weight swing on I THOUGHT SO from May 26) and SIR PLUSH (1100m with Collett on looks ideal for him first-up). TACTICAL ADVANTAGE has sound fresh from and has trialled well for the new stable.
Selections 3 I Thought So, 4 Dal Cielo, 5 Sir Plush, 8 Tactical Advantage

Ladbrokes – Race Comments:

Race 7:
TACTICAL ADVANTAGE resumes after a 33 week spell and looks ready to go on recent trial performances, perfectly placed. I THOUGHT SO coming off a win at Randwick and drawn ideally, don’t treat lightly. EASY EDDIE generally races near the speed, place hope. MEMES resumes after a spell of 21 weeks and in good shape from recent trial successes, quinella.
