The following are betting tips for selected fixtures in Gameweek 30 of the 2019/20 English Premier League.

Newcastle vs. Sheffield United

Newcastle have won just 2 of 8 games when installed as the home underdog over the last 12 months while Sheffield United have gone 2-0-0 as the away favourite. Sheffield have only lost 2 of their 13 away fixtures this season. Sheffield Utd have won three of their last four games while Newcastle have only won one of their last six.

Brighton vs. Arsenal

Brighton have only won 1 of their last 14 games while Arsenal are unbeaten in their last eight. The Gunners bring a three-game winning streak into this clash and they are unbeaten in their last seven away fixtures.

Tottenham vs. Manchester United

Tottenham are struggling without Kane and Son. They failed to record a shot on target in the second half against Wolves a fortnight ago and last week they only achieved two shots on target in the entire match against Burnley. Tottenham bring 0-1-2 form into this clash and they take on a Man Utd side that has won 3 of their last 4. Tottenham have lost 4 of their last 5 games against sides in the top half of the table. This includes three defeats in their last four home fixtures against strong opponents.

Everton vs. Liverpool

 

Back Liverpool +0.5 at 1.25 (Betfair)

Everton have only won 1 of their last 19 league fixtures against Liverpool. Liverpool have gone 16-1-1 away from home over the last 12 months. Everton’s form has declined in the last few weeks with a 0-1-2 run. Last week they lost 4-0 to Chelsea in a game in which they managed just 1 shot on target compared to Chelsea’s 11.
