Chelsea vs. Norwich

Back Chelsea to win to nil at 1.78 (BetEasy, Unibet)

Norwich’s run of 7 straight defeats by a combined margin of 16 goals to 1 has seen them relegated. They will now have to find the willpower to take on a side that is in the midst of a fight for a Champions League spot – a fight that has intensified since Manchester City has been cleared to participate in European football next season. Chelsea bring 5-0-2 form into this clash and they have won their last four straight home fixtures. Norwich have gone 1-3-13 away from home this season. Of Chelsea’s 9 home wins over the last 12 months, 6 were to nil, while 9 of Norwich’s 13 away defeats were to nil.

Back over 2.5 goals at 1.38 (Unibet)

Chelsea’s potent offence and defensive frailties have resulted in high scoring games. Their last 9 straight games have gone over 2.5 goals, helped by the fact that Chelsea have scored at least twice in 10 of their past 12 games. The last fixture between the two sides saw Chelsea prevail in a 5-goal contest.

Back the 3-0 correct score at 7.50 (bet365)
Back the 4-0 correct score at 9.50 (bet365)

Two of Chelsea’s last five wins were by 3-0 or 4-0 scorelines, while three of Norwich’s last six defeats were by 3-0 or 4-0 scorelines.

Burnley vs. Wolverhampton

Back Burnley +0.5 at 1.98 (bet365)

Wolverhampton are a great team but Burnley aren’t being given enough credit here. They have only lost 1 of their last 13 games and their goalkeeper Nick Pope is in superb form. Only Man Utd are on a longer unbeaten run than the Clarets. Burnley enter this fixture having just picked up a point at Anfield, making them the first visitors to do so this season.

Back Under 2.5 goals at 1.53 (bet365, Unibet)

Burnley’s last five fixtures went under 2.5 goals while Wolverhampton’s last three away fixtures went under the total. All three previous meetings between the two went under 2.5 goals.

Arsenal vs. Liverpool

Back over 2.5 goals at 1.61 (bet365, BetEasy, Unibet)
Back over 3.5 goals at 2.60 (Unibet)

Arsenal’s potent attack and fragile defence make for entertaining contests. Ten of the last twelve EPL meetings between the two went over 3.5 goals.

Everton vs. Aston Villa

Back Everton in the head-to-head at 2.04 (Unibet)
Back Everton +0.5 at 1.30 (bet365)

Everton are a Jekyll and Hyde team depending on whether they play at home or away. They’re at Goodison Park this round so I will back them. Everton have gone 8-6-3 at home this season while Aston Villa have gone 2-3-12 away from home. Everton are on a seven-game unbeaten streak at home against Aston Villa and they have won the last three meetings between the two at this venue. The visitors bring 1-2-8 form into this clash while Everton haven’t lost at home since November.

Leicester City vs. Sheffield United

Back Sheffield United +0.5 at 1.91 (bet365)

Leicester City have won just 1 of their last 6 games while Sheffield United have lost just 2 of their last 11. The visitors bring 3-1-0 form into this clash and they have only lost 2 games out of 12 as the away underdog this season.

Back the draw at 3.50 (bet365)

Sheffield United have drawn 8 of 17 away fixtures this season, which includes 7 draws from 12 games as the away underdog.

Crystal Palace vs. Manchester United

(please note that at the time of writing Man Utd haven’t played their Southampton match)

Back Man Utd in the head-to-head at 1.36 (Unibet)

This could get ugly. Crystal Palace have little to play for at the moment while Man Utd are battling for a Champions League spot. Palace lost key defender Gary Cahill to injury during the Chelsea match and striker Christian Benteke has been suspended for the rest of the season so it’s safe to say the wheels are falling off for the Eagles at the moment. They have lost five straight matches and were held scoreless in four of them. Man Utd meanwhile are soaring. United have won four straight by a combined 14 goals to 2 and are on a league-leading ten-game unbeaten streak in the EPL and a 17-game unbeaten streak in all competitions. Since Palace were promoted they have gone 0-1-5 at home against Man Utd and they have lost the last three straight home fixtures to the Red Devils.

Back Man Utd to win to nil at 2.05 (Unibet)

4 of Palace’s last 5 defeats were to nil while 8 of United’s last 9 wins were to nil.

West Ham vs. Watford

Back West Ham in the head-to-head at 2.43 (Unibet)
Back West Ham +0.5 at 1.35 (bet365)

West Ham bring 3-1-6 form into this clash but if you dig deeper you’ll see that the 10-game run involved 7 fixtures against top-10 opponents. During that stretch West Ham went 2-1-0 against bottom-10 opponents. Watford have won their last two games, but they were at home against Norwich and Newcastle. Away from home the Hornets have gone 2-4-11 this season and they bring a 4-game losing streak away from home into this clash. West Ham have won the last two meetings between the two by a combined 7 goals to 2.
