Liverpool

Liverpool vs. Everton

Everton

Liverpool in the head-to-head at 1.48 (bet365)
Both teams to score: No at 2.05 (Dabble)
Liverpool to win to nil at 2.62 (bet365)
Under 2.5 goals at 2.42 (Betfair)
Liverpool in the head-to-head & Under 2.5 at 4.33 (bet365)
1-0 correct score at 9.00 (bet365)
2-0 correct score at 8.50 (bet365)

Liverpool will be backing up following their midweek home clash against Atlético Madrid, while Everton have no midweek fixtures. The Reds struggled to beat Burnley, who put ten men behind the ball last week, which might explain why they have drifted from 1.30 to 1.48 in the head-to-head. My expectation is Liverpool will win this in a low scoring game (1-0 or 2-0). The Reds have gone 15-4-0 at home over the last twelve months and they have won four in a row against the Toffees. Everton’s last five visits to Anfield went under 2.5 goals. Liverpool’s previous four home wins over Everton were by 2-0, 2-0, 2-0 and 1-0 scorelines. Spanning this season and the last, Everton’s last seven defeats against all opponents were by 1-0 (five times) and 2-0 (two times) scorelines. Liverpool’s last two Premier League fixtures resulted in 1-0 wins.

West Ham

West Ham vs. Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace +0.5 at 1.46 (Betfair)
Draw at 3.50 (bet365)
0-0 correct score at 11.50 (bet365)

West Ham haven’t won at home since February. They have gone 0-3-2 at home since then. Their two home fixtures so far this season saw them lose 1-5 to Chelsea and 0-3 to Tottenham. They have also lost 3-0 away against Sunderland this season, which has put manager Graham Potter under immense scrutiny. Crystal Palace are unbeaten in ten league games (3-7-0). The Eagles won this clash 2-0 last season. They have avoided defeat in ten out of twelve visits to Olympic Stadium since promotion. This includes their last six visits. Palace remain without Sarr for this game, while Wharton is also in doubt, so a 0-0 draw isn’t out of the question. The Eagles have already been involved in three goalless draws this season, in all competitions.

Wolves

Wolves vs. Leeds

Leeds

Under 2.5 at 1.67 (bet365)

Goals could be at a premium here. Wolves have been held goalless in three out of four games this season, while Leeds have only managed to score one goal in four games. Two of Wolverhampton’s games went under 1.5 goals, while three of Leeds’ games went under 1.5, with one ending goalless.

Man Utd

Man Utd vs. Chelsea

Chelsea

Chelsea +0.5 at 1.50 (bet365)
Draw at 3.80 (bet365)
1-1 correct score at 8.00 (bet365)

Man Utd have drawn half of their games (1-3-2) as the home underdog over the last twelve months. Chelsea have drawn four of their last six games (0-4-2) as the away favourite at Old Trafford. The Blues have a draw-heavy 6-5-2 record as the away favourite over the last twelve months. Four of the last eight games between Man Utd and Chelsea resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Sunderland

Sunderland vs. Aston Villa

Aston Villa

Sunderland +0.5 at 1.80 (Betfair)
0-0 correct score at 10.50 (bet365)

Aston Villa have yet to score a goal this season. Sunderland won both of their opening two home fixtures. Both teams enter this game on the back of a goalless draw. Villa have been involved in two goalless draws this season.
