Brentford

Brentford vs. Sunderland

Sunderland

Under 2.5 goals at 1.86 (Betfair)
Draw at 3.60 (bet365)
SGM Under 2.5 goals and a Draw at 4.33 (bet365)

Sunderland haven’t been scoring freely but their defence has been solid. This combination has resulted in a series of four low-scoring draws. The Black Cats are particularly stingy away from home. This has seen their average away fixture see just 1.6 total points – the lowest in the league. As a result, eight out of their ten away games this season went under 2.5 goals. As for Brentford, five of their last seven games went under 2.5. Those who are looking for more risk could opt to pair this bet with a draw. Sunderland have drawn 40% of their away games this season, while Brentford have drawn one third of their games as the home favourite over the last twelve months.

Newcastle

Newcastle vs. Leeds

Leeds

Leeds +1.5 at 1.47 (Betfair)

Leeds bring a seven-game unbeaten streak into this clash. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is in hot form at one end, while the Leeds defence has been stingy at the other. Leeds have limited their opponents to one or fewer goals in their last five fixtures. In their most recent stint in the Premier League, Leeds went 1-2-0 at St. James’ Park. Newcastle have been far stronger at home than away this season, which is why I have opted for Leeds with a 1.5 head-start rather than the half ball (0.5).

Burnley

Burnley vs. Man Utd

Man Utd

Man Utd in the head-to-head at 1.70 (bet365)

Regardless of who’s managing United on the day, I will simply bet against Burnley. The Clarets bring 0-2-9 form into this game. During Burnley’s most recent stints in the Premier League, Man Utd went 6-2-0 at Turf Moor.

Arsenal

Arsenal vs. Liverpool

Liverpool

Arsenal in the head-to-head at 1.67 (Betfair)
Arsenal +0 (Draw No Bet) at 1.28 (Betfair)

Liverpool bring an eight-game unbeaten streak into this game, but their performances haven’t been as good as their form suggests. Arsenal have the key defensive duo of Gabriel and Saliba fit, while Liverpool are without Isak, Salah and possibly also Ekitike. The Reds have a 0-0-3 record as the away underdog over the last twelve months, while Arsenal bring a seven-game winning streak at Emirates Stadium into this fixture. Those who are more conservative can instead opt for Arsenal in the Draw No Bet market. The Gunners have a 14-4-2 record as the home favourite over the last twelve months and a 4-6-1 record in recent years as the favourite against Liverpool.
