Leeds vs. Sunderland |
Â
Leeds 0 (draw no bet) at 1.425 (bet365)
Leeds +0.5 (double chance) at 1.275 (bet365)
Much has been said about Sunderland’s fantastic EPL campaign, but Leeds could move within three points of them with a win in this fixture. Leeds have gone 4-0-0 as the home favourite this season, while Sunderland have gone 2-5-7 away from home. Leeds drew Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in December and the Whites have been far more formidable at home than away this season. Sunderland are without a win in their last four games.
Wolves vs. Liverpool |
Â
0-1 correct score at 9.50 (bet365)
This warrants just a small stake. Wolverhampton have improved defensively in recent weeks to concede 0.75 goals in average across their last four games. At the same time, they have been held scoreless in five of their last eight games. Wolves’ last defeat was by a 1-0 margin while Liverpool’s last two away wins (over Sunderland and Nottingham Forest) were by 1-0 margins. Liverpool have won six in a row against Wolverhampton and two of their last four away wins over Wolves were by 1-0 margins.
Man City vs. Nottm Forest |
Â
Man City in the head-to-head at 1.38 (Dabble)
Man City to win to nil at 2.37 (bet365)
Erling Haaland is rated as a 75% chance of playing, but even without him, Man City should be too strong at home. City bring a four-game winning streak into this clash, while Forest are in 0-1-3 form and they remain winless under new boss Vitor Pereira. Nottingham Forest have a 0-0-3 record at the City of Manchester Stadium since promotion. They lost those fixtures by a combined 11 goals to nil. Fifteen of Man City’s 25 wins over the last twelve months were to nil, while 14 of Forest’s 19 defeats were to nil.
Newcastle vs. Man Utd |
Â
Man Utd 0 (draw no bet) at 1.975 (bet365)
Man Utd +0.5 (double chance) at 1.55 (bet365)
Newcastle’s porous defence has been their undoing in recent weeks. They now bring 1-0-5 form into this game and this includes three consecutive home defeats. Five of their last six opponents scored 2+ goals and three of their last five opponents scored 3+. Man Utd are unbeaten in their last eleven games and over the last seven weeks they have gone 6-1-0. United have averaged just 0.5 goals conceded across their last four games.
