Geelong

Geelong vs. Adelaide

Adelaide

Geelong 1-39 at 2.20 (BetEstate)

Adelaide have won five away games in a row, spanning this season and the last, however they haven’t won at Geelong since 2003. Out of the Crows’ last 17 defeats to the Cats, 15 were by 1-39 margins and Adelaide’s eight defeats over the last twelve months were all by 1-39 margins. Eight of Geelong’s 11 home wins over the same period were by 1-39 margins.

St Kilda

St Kilda vs. Brisbane

Brisbane

Brisbane in the head-to-head at 1.55 (Bet Right)

The 0-2 Brisbane Lions return from a bye last week. They welcome back Zac Bailey and Darcy Gardiner from suspension and Logan Morris from injury. At the time of writing, Hugh McCluggage might also make the side if he can pass a fitness test on Thursday. This game will be played at Marvel Stadium, where the Lions have gone 11-2 in both the head-to-head and the line since 2021. Brisbane have won seven in a row against St Kilda and that includes five consecutive away wins over the Saints. The Lions covered the line in all five of those away wins.

Fremantle

Fremantle vs. Richmond

Richmond

Josh Treacy to kick 2+ goals at 1.37 (bet365)

Josh Treacy kicked four goals last week. Spanning this season and the last he has kicked 2+ goals in seven consecutive games. Treacy kicked 4, 5 and 6 goals in his last three games against Richmond.

Carlton

Carlton vs. Melbourne

Melbourne

Under 186.5 at 1.52 (bet365)

Since the beginning of last season, Carlton have averaged 147.8 total points at the MCG. This saw 11 of their 12 games go under the bookmaker’s total. In recent years their clashes against the Demons have been low scoring too, which has seen their last eight head-to-heads go under the bookmaker’s total. The median total across those eight games was 146 and none of those fixtures went over 162.
