The Irish batting comprises of an impressive bunch of players. Players who have shown that they can belong at the highest level. But the problem with them was the amount of confidence and the sheer quality of the opposition they played against. That will change against Netherlands who are arguable equal to Ireland in terms or strength. Joyce, Porterfield and the O’Brien brothers will be the key for Ireland.
The Dutch batting only showed mettle when ten Doeschate got runs for them. Other than that, it has been a disappointing batting show for them throughout the tournament and they will be looking to go home on a high. Cooper and Barresi will look to lead that parade alongside ten Doeschate.

Most wickets
Ireland have looked impressive with the ball with a lot of variety in their attack. Trent Johnston is their oldest player but he has certainly not let that show. He has been spirited throughout the tournament and has led the attack well. Dockrell, Stirling and Botha have been good too. On the other hand, Netherlands have again depended too much on ten Doeschate. Seelar has been their best bowler, though. Mudassar Bukhari seems to have hit form too and this attack is good enough to bowl Ireland out. Interesting battle on hand.
