It’s the post origin game we all dread where a myriad of stars have to back up 2 days after the big event. Corey Parker is in doubt for the Broncos with an alleged groin injury and on the Dragons side it’s Beau Scott and Ben Creagh struggling to get fit. Both may not play again until Origin game 3. Brett Morris has been ruled out after still failing to be fully fit from a hamstring injury.
I’m sure the Broncos were run into the ground at training this week after they nearly blew a 24 point lead against the Raiders last week before winning in golden point.
Whilst some punters thrive on games such as these where the elements have been mixed up thanks to player withdrawals and limited team preparations, I’ll be staying away and simply sitting back and enjoying the contest.
