Johnathan Thurston has been cleared by the NRL judiciary to play in State of Origin game 3.
He was found not guilty by the judiciary panel that consisted of three New South Welshman and he will also be free to play in this weeks game for North Queensland.
The decision also means that Thurston is still eligible for the Dally M player of the year award.
