Man City vs. Everton

Back Everton +2.5 at 1.27 (Unibet)

Man City already have the title wrapped up and they will have one eye on next weekend’s UEFA Champions League final. Everton, meanwhile, could qualify for Europa League football next season if they win and other results go their way. Since winning the title Man City squeaked past Newcastle 4-3 before losing 2-3 to Brighton. While going down to 10 men early against Brighton certainly hurt their cause, it is clear they have lost some edge since confirming the title win. Of Man City’s last 11 wins over Everton, over a period of 21 matches, none were by more than two goals. With an 11-3-3 record, Everton have been excellent travellers this season. They boast a 8-2-3 away record as the away underdog over the last 12 months. Only 2 of their 13 away defeats over the last 12 months were by 2+ goals and none were by 3+ goals.

Liverpool vs. Crystal Palace

Back Liverpool in the head-to-head at 1.16 (bet365, Unibet)
Back Liverpool -1.5 at 1.45 (Unibet)

Liverpool welcome back fans for this fixture and they have far more at stake than Crystal Palace. Following a torrid period of results, Liverpool have returned to excellent form and bring a 7-2-0 run of results into this clash. Palace, in contrast have lost five of their last seven and they lost their previous two fixtures against Liverpool by a combined 11 goals to nil. Liverpool have won seven straight against Crystal Palace and of Palace’s 13 away defeats over the last twelve months, 11 were by 2+ goals.

Back Over 2.5 goals at 1.36 (bet365, Unibet)

Six of Liverpool’s seven home fixtures against Crystal Palace went over 2.5 goals and 13 of their 15 clashes went over 2.5 goals since Palace were promoted. With relegation no longer a threat, the Eagles have played more open football in the final rounds, which has resulted in more goals. Their last three games each saw 4+ goals. Liverpool’s last three fixtures have also gone over this total.

Sheffield Utd vs. Burnley

Back Burnley in the head-to-head at 2.48 (Unibet)

Burnley have a terrible home record but they’ve been good away from home. The Clarets won their last two away fixtures and they have gone 2-0-0 as the away favourite over the last 12 months. Sheffield United have lost 8 of their last 10 fixtures and they have only scored 2 goals in their last 7 games.

Leeds vs. West Brom

Back Leeds in the head-to-head at 1.47 (Unibet)

Leeds have their tails up as their run of three wins by a combined 9 goals to 1 has seen them guarantee a 10th placed finish. Leeds beat West Brom 5-0 earlier in the season and it will be interesting to see how motivated the relegated visitors are given that manager Sam Allardyce has announced he will leave the club after this fixture.
