Man Utd vs. Southampton

Southampton +0.5 at 2.37 (bet365)

In both their FA Cup defeat on penalties to Middlesbrough and their midweek draw with Burnley, Man Utd dominated the opening proceedings but paid the price for not putting more goals on the board. They now take on a much stronger opponent in Southampton, who out-shot Tottenham 28 to 8 in their 3-2 away win midweek. Man Utd have only won 4 of their previous 9 home games against Southampton.

Watford vs. Brighton

Brighton +0.5 at 1.30 (Picklebet)

Watford are winless in their last ten fixtures while Brighton have avoided defeat in nine of their last ten games. Brighton will be the fresher of the two sides due to not having played midweek.

Under 2.5 goals at 1.61 (bet365)

New manager Roy Hodgson has clearly made defence a priority with the Hornets conceding just one goal in his first two games in charge. They have yet to find the back of the net, however. Brighton have seen 11 of their last 12 league games go under 2.5 goals.

1-1 correct score at 7.00 (bet365)

Seven of Brighton’s last twelve games resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Newcastle vs. Aston Villa

Newcastle +0.5 at 1.55 (bet365)

Newcastle are on a four-game unbeaten streak a and two-game winning streak. They should only get better as their new signings fit in. Newcastle are unbeaten in their last 13 home games against Aston Villa – a streak that goes back to 2005.

Leicester City vs. West Ham

Over 2.5 goals at 1.72 (bet365)

The last six meetings between the two went over 2.5 goals and three of the last four meetings saw five total goals. Seven of Leicester City’s last nine games went over 2.5 goals.
