Aston Villa

Aston Villa vs. Brighton

Brighton

Both Teams To Score: Yes at 1.47 (Betfair)

Spanning this season and the last, both teams scored in each of Brighton’s last ten EPL fixtures. Looking back further, 15 of their 18 away games over the last twelve months saw both sides score. Both teams scored in both fixtures between Aston Villa and Brighton last season.

Over 2.5 Goals at 1.48 (Betfair)

Spanning this season and the last, 11 of Brighton’s last 12 games went over 2.5 goals. All six of their fixtures this season have gone over 3.5 goals. Aston Villa’s last four home games went over 2.5 goals and both meetings between the two sides last year went over 2.5 goals.

Man Utd

Man Utd vs. Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace

Man Utd in the head-to-head at 1.58 (Unibet)

This is a replay of the midweek League Cup match between these two sides, which Man Utd won 3-0. Both sides made some squad rotations for that clash, but I will stick with United for this fixture. Manchester United have gone 15-3-1 at home over the last twelve months, while Crystal Palace have gone 2-4-9 as the away underdog. Palace have gone 2-1-7 at Old Trafford since promotion and they are currently without Michael Olise and Odsonne Edouard.

West Ham

West Ham vs. Sheffield United

Sheffield United

West Ham in the head-to-head at 1.50 (bet365)

West Ham have suffered back-to-back defeats against Man City and Liverpool, but prior to that they made a 3-0-1 a start to the season. Sheffield United limp into this fixture on the back of an 8-0 defeat against Newcastle. That result continues the Blades’ miserable 0-1-5 start to the season.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth vs. Arsenal

Arsenal

Arsenal in the head-to-head at 1.56 (Betfair)

Spanning this season and the last, Bournemouth bring 0-3-7 form into this fixture. Arsenal, in contrast, have made a 4-2-0 start to the campaign. Arsenal have gone 10-3-2 as the away favourite over the last twelve months and they won this fixture 3-0 last season.

Tottenham

Tottenham vs. Liverpool

Liverpool

Both Teams To Score: Yes at 1.43 (Betfair)

Tottenham’s last three games saw 14 goals. Spanning this season and the last, both teams scored in 15 of their last 18 fixtures. Liverpool’s games have seen plenty of goals too. Spanning this season and the last, 7 of their last 8 games saw both sides score. In the head-to-heads, both teams scored in 11 of their last 12 league meetings. Tottenham have scored at least one goal in their last 18 games, while Liverpool have scored at least once in their last 16 games.

Fulham

Fulham vs. Chelsea

Chelsea

Under 2.5 goals at 1.99 (bet365)

Both teams are struggling for goals at the moment, but defensively they have been solid recently. Fulham’s last two games went under 1.5 goals, while the same can be said for Chelsea’s last three games. Both sides have been involved in goalless draws recently and their most recent meeting resulted in a goalless draw. Ten of the last fourteen league meetings between the two sides went under 2.5 goals.
