This Season/ Last RD- Capalaba are in 11th, having won just 6 of 21 encounters. Whilst the Power are going strong in 1st, as they’ve won 17 of their 22 season games to date. Capalaba have also drawn 6 games and lost 13, as they sit on 20 points. For the Power, they’ve drawn once and been defeated on 4 occasions to date, as they currently hold a whooping 52 points. Capalaba have scored 33 and leaked 60 goals. + From their last 5 games, they’ve lost each and every one of them. As for the P P Power, they are magnificent, having scored 46 goals so far. And they’ve only let in 25. Whilst from their past 5 contested clashes, they’ve been victorious in all 5 of them.

Capalaba got thrashed 5 goals to 1 by Brisbane City last time out. That clash was contested at Corporate Travel Management Stadium. Whilst the Power were victorious 4-2 against the Brisbane Strikers. That match was at Perry Park 1. It was an ugly clash as they conceded goals in the 30th, 31st, 32nd, 71st and 79th minutes of the match. In what was an affair they’d no doubt both rather move on from/ want to forget rather quickly. As for the Power, their goals were produced through Clark in the 9th min, Wooley in the 49th min, Pangelly in the 60th min and Jancevski in the 92nd min of added time. The goals they conceded came in the 31st and 34th mins of the match.

Key Players- Capalaba- Stuart Edgar. 9 goals for them this campaign. If they have any chance of causing the upset, then he’ll have to be on the attack all game long.

Power- Andrew Pengelly. 10 Goals for them to date this season. If things go as expected and it’s a real thrashing, expect him to be at the forefront of it all.

Betting Tip- With Bet365, back the Power to win.

Redlands

Redlands United vs Brisbane Roar

@ Compass Grounds 1- 6:00PM- SUN 8 NOV

Brisbane Roar

This Season/ Last RD- Redlands have won 5/21 games this season as they sit in a disappointing whipping spot, AKA last place. Brisbane have won 8/22, as they currently occupy 6th spot on the NPL QLD ladder. Redlands have also drawn twice and lost a BIG 13 encounters. As for the Roar, they’ve drawn 3 games and lost 11. The two sides are on 16 and 27 points respectively. Redlands have lost 4 of their past 5 clashes. With that sole one proving to be a victory. As for Brisbane, they’ve lost 3 of their past 5. There’s also a win and a draw in there as well. And finally, when it comes to scoring and conceding, there are some notable statistics in here. Redlands have scored just 26 and conceded a massive 63 so far this campaign. And as for the Brisbane Roar, they have scored 38 and conceded 36, with their numbers being pretty similar to one another.

Redlands latest affair was a tough 3-0 loss to Capalaba, at Compass Grounds 1. They leaked goals in the 19th, 55th and 89th minutes of the game, in what was a rough performance by them. All season long it’s been a struggle for them and they’ll try to bounce back against a Brisbane side. A side whom they have a small, but still legitimate chance of causing an upset over. Whilst for the Roar, at Ballinger Park, they went down 3-0 to the Knights. That was at the Croatian Sports Centre 1. They leaked goals in the 25th, 53rd and 83rd minutes of the game. Against Redlands who’ve been poor all season long, they’ll view this as an opportunity to post a big score-line right here.

Key Players- Redlands- Their entire team. Attacking-wise and defensively-wise, the entire cohesive unit of the team needs to step up together and sort their s**t out. If they can do that, then they can put in a whole-heartened performance this game. If not then …….

Brisbane- Cai Tipaldo. Mans got 13 goals for the Roar this campaign. If they smash them, which is a likely scenario to occur, then he’ll have a fine goal or two to his name. No doubt.

Betting Tip- back the Roar to win at $1.75 (Bet365)

Other Betting Tips- With Bet365 back all of Moreton Bay United at $1.72, Gold Coast Knights at $2.40, Brisbane Strikers at $2.25 and Olympic FC at $2.37 to win their respective fixtures.
